What is Strength Training?

This course is an alternative course to the traditional physical education course, placing an intensive emphasis on developing, improving and enhancing the students' fitness level. Students who enjoy physical challenges, aspire to lose weight, and improve their athletic performance are encouraged to enroll in this course. As the student progresses through the semester, an individualized exercise program will be developed and implemented to faciliatate attaining personal fitness goals.
