Water Aerobics will begin next week. Please come prepared with a bathing suit and a towel. Students will have the option to shower after class.
Makeup swim will be after school until Christmas break. **Makeup swim consist of swimming 18 laps. |
Sequences and Workouts
Surya Namaskar, the Sun Salutation, is a series of
12 postures performed in a single, graceful flow. Each movement is coordinated
with the breath. Inhale as you extend or stretch, and exhale as you fold or
contract. The Sun Salutation builds strength and increases flexibility.

This Standing Twist Sequence will open your upper back, leaving you refreshed and energized. Do the sequence on its own or to prepare for a longer back bending practice.
